The Client remains solely responsible for their products and services, pricing, marketing, advertising, business practices, representations to customers, fulfillment, customer service, legal compliance, taxes, intellectual property, and all other aspects of their business.

DPC MARKETING SYSTEM AND CONTINUED ACCESS

The Client acknowledges that a Custom Sales Page created and hosted within the DPC Marketing System requires an active applicable DPC Marketing System subscription to remain active and accessible.

If the applicable DPC Marketing System subscription is canceled or terminated, the Custom Sales Page hosted within the DPC Marketing System will be deactivated and access to the page and associated system features will be revoked.

The Custom Sales Page cannot continue operating independently within the DPC Marketing System after the applicable subscription has been canceled or terminated.

Applicable websites, funnels, pages, files, content, configurations, and other account data may also be permanently deleted following cancellation or termination and may not be recoverable. This is consistent with DPC’s existing access-revocation and data-deletion policies.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS

ALL PAYMENTS FOR CUSTOM SALES PAGE SERVICES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to the customized nature of the service and the allocation of design, development, administrative, software, and technical resources following purchase, Digital Product Creators does not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or prorated reimbursements except where otherwise required by applicable law.

A Client's failure to use, launch, access, market, or monetize the Custom Sales Page does not create a right to a refund.

Cancellation of the applicable DPC Marketing System subscription also does not entitle the Client to a refund of the Custom Sales Page design fee or other amounts previously paid.

This no-refund provision is consistent with DPC’s existing policy that fees are final and non-refundable and that non-use does not create an entitlement to a refund.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Custom Sales Pages may integrate with third-party products or services, including payment processors, merchant accounts, domain providers, email services, applications, or other software.

Digital Product Creators does not own or control these third-party providers and cannot guarantee their availability, functionality, performance, approval decisions, policies, or continued compatibility.

DPC is not responsible for losses, interruptions, account restrictions, transaction holds, technical failures, policy changes, or other issues caused by third-party providers.

The Client is responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and policies of any third-party services used in connection with their business or Custom Sales Page.

CLIENT CONTENT AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information, products, services, claims, images, videos, testimonials, trademarks, logos, written content, and other materials provided for use on their Custom Sales Page are accurate, lawful, and properly authorized.

The Client is responsible for obtaining any licenses, permissions, disclosures, consents, or other authorizations required for materials they provide.
