Upon cancellation or termination of the applicable DPC Marketing System subscription, the Custom Sales Funnel or Custom Sales Page hosted within the system will be deactivated and the Client's access will be revoked.

Data associated with the Client's DPC Marketing System account, including websites, funnels, pages, files, content, and configurations, may be permanently deleted following cancellation or termination in accordance with the applicable DPC Terms and Conditions.

Once account data is permanently deleted, it may not be recoverable or restorable.

The Client is responsible for retaining copies of original materials they provide to DPC.

Digital Product Creators may retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Complete transactions

• Provide customer support
